The process is brought full circle with a focus on middle and upper management controls and enterprise visibility. We utilize out-of-the-box reports and provide customized reporting services to ensure clear accountability. We conduct an initial audit of the enterprise and prepare an executive summary of current progress and issues. These are reviewed with Management. New and ongoing projects are also identified for monthly per project audits as needed. This is accompanied with additional training until audits reveal it is no longer needed. The implementation is complete after a final consultation and close out meeting.
